Improve multiplex mode & better integration with games.#50

I already use Switched Input for playing DotA 2, a popular moba. However there are multiple issues with it. I can’t click or issue move commands or map movement commands with both cursors at the same time. If one of my mice has the left or right mouse button clicked/held down, I can’t issue a similar command with my other mouse until the command with the first mouse is finalized. Further, when trying to use the map grip command and clicking an alternate cursor for a move command the screen jumps from one cursor to the other. I can’t really elaborate further than this, you’d have to play the game and used switched input to understand.
Unfortunately I’ve used Multiplex Mode it just straight up, completely does not work with my computer or with DotA 2. I also see various potential issues with Multiplex mouse even working with DotA 2 seeing as even if I could issue multiple commands at the same time, I think there would be issues with map gripping jumping between each cursor, unless you integrated this with DotA 2 incredibly well.

I love the idea of single person dual mouse/cursor usage in a single video game. Ampidexterous clicking and command issuing into/onto a single platform/window/game seems like it has many and does have (I’ve already explored some with your switched input mode.) many advantages. I wish this were further explored and advanced. Go so far as to think of a whole operating system where multiple input is built in from the ground up. That’s another conversation though.
